Our Story
Fedora Sea Foods embodies a legacy of excellence in aquaculture. The company’s operations are primarily based out of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. For over a decade, the company has become a cornerstone of delivering quality seafood products, following a fully integrated infrastructure model. This includes our expansive shrimp farms spanning over 350 acres and multiple Hatcheries along the coast line. The seed production is meticulously monitored through modern laboratories and bio-secured methods, we import certified SPF broodstock to ensure superior quality and strength of the animal. Through the vertically integrated approach of our firm, we are able to optimize production efficiently, be it manufacturing feed or processing of raw shrimp.
We operate strategically, following core values and fundamentals which helps us in constantly evolving and upgrading to match industry trends and delivering the best services to our farmers and customers alike. We ensure that we are adhering to our customer’s and farmer’s needs by sustainably developing ourselves and maintaining full traceability. Mr. K Narahari Reddy

Mr. Narahari Reddy Kakani is a pioneer in the aquaculture industry, having worked in this field for over 3 decades. He is always looking to innovate and explore ways to take the industry forward. He had played a key role in introducing the revolutionary species, Litopenaeus vannamei to the Indian aqua farmers. This species has defined the modern day aquaculture industry.
He founded Fedora Sea Foods in 2011 and has not looked back since, consistently growing over the years to develop a fully integrated aquaculture model. He is very goal driven and his ambition is to be at the forefront of the aquaculture industry, aiming to cater to the needs of the global shrimp consumer with quality and variety. He looks to constantly evolve himself and set trends in the industry, while staying true to his principles.
