Fedora Sea Foods has specialized in the manufacturing of Vannamei and Black Tiger shrimp feeds since 2015. We have an annual Capacity of producing 1 Lakh Metric Tons of high quality, antibiotic free shrimp feed that has been formulated after thorough research to ensure a scientifically balanced nutrition. We were also the first in the country to introduce 1mm pellets of shrimp feed to the Indian aqua farmers.

Our main priority at Fedora Sea Foods is to consistently deliver top quality feeds to all the farmers and achieve complete customer fulfillment.

This is done through meticulous testing and monitoring of all parameters involved. This includes testing of all our sustainably sourced raw materials in our lab to ensure that they meet our quality standards and nutritional requirements.

We assure that every batch of our feed undergoes extensive testing before it is cleared for dispatch and reaches our farmers.

Our feed manufacturing unit is BAP and ISO certified and we are compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements. With a desire for constant upgradation and implementation of advanced technologies, a reliable product of the highest quality is manufactured at our feed mill.

We have established a large dealer network along the east and west coasts of our country, which enables us to extend our reach to the aqua farmers across the country. This helped us to set up a technician’s network of our own and provide necessary technical services to all our farmers and help them to improve their aquaculture practices on-site and achieve better yields.

Formulation

An initial collaboration with Pingtai Enterprises from Taiwan for the formulation of our feed, ensured optimum nutrition and maximum immunity for ideal shrimp growth and survival that also guaranteed a low Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR). This formulation is thoroughly researched and tested and ensures our feed is free of any antibiotics and is present with essential micronutrients. This has set us on our path to consistently deliver high quality feeds.

Technical Services

We have set up a network of skilled and trained aquaculture technicians across the regions where our feed is consumed. We believe it is our responsibility to support all our farmers to improve their cultivation practices and get better production results. Our technicians do the needful for the farmers by providing on-site assistance and giving necessary feedback. We have also set up laboratories in certain centers for our farmers to do the required tests and monitor their crops. This makes it easier for them to navigate and manage the conditions accordingly.

Technology and Innovation

At Fedora Sea Foods, we are constantly looking to evolve and innovate so as to meet global industry standards. This drive for innovation has helped us in introducing a groundbreaking 1mm pellets of Shrimp feed to the Indian farmers. It is a change from traditional crumble feed that is generally used as a starter feed.

This was only possible with our uncompromising values to implement the most advanced technologies. At our feed manufacturing unit, we have installed a State-of-the-art machinery that is fully automated and is completely controlled by a computer based system. Our machinery and equipment is imported from Taiwan and is manufactured by IDAH, a world renowned solution provider for shrimp feed manufacturing.
